Matt Ratana told Louis De Zoysa: You’re going to probably need to do a second search. PC pulled De Zoysa up to his feet. De Zoysa, who was holding a gun, shot Sgt Matt Ratana. He fired the second bullet into his leg, and the third shot was fired into the wall of the cell. Sgt. Matt Ratana survived only 15 seconds when he was shot in the cell.
