Rodriguez announced her departure on Friday on air and on Facebook. She wrote on Facebook: “After 10 wonderful years, this chapter at ABC15/CW61 will close.” “Today is the last day.” In my time here, I have grown both personally and professionally. “To the viewers who shared with me some of their most difficult moments, but also your greatest triumphs, I thank you for letting me be a part of your lives.”

Rodriguez shared her excitement and happiness on Facebook.
