Aaron Charles Rodgers, an American quarterback, currently plays for New York Jets of the National Football League. Rodgers began his college career at Butte College, before moving on to the University of California Berkeley where he broke several records.
Rodgers played for the Green Bay Packers from 2005 until 2022. He was chosen by them in the first round at the NFL Draft. Rodgers was the Packers’ starting quarterback in 2008 after serving three years as Brett Favre’s backup.
He was named Super Bowl MVP in 2010 after leading them to victory in Super Bowl XLV. He was named the Associated Press Athlete of the year and League MVP 4 times each.
Throughout his career, Rodgers has set numerous records, including leading the NFL in touchdown-to-interception ratio and lowest passing interception percentage several times.
He holds the second-highest career passer rating in NFL history, with a rating of over 100, and has the best touchdown-to-interception ratio in NFL history in the regular season. Rodgers, in addition to his career as a footballer, also owns a small stake in the NBA team Milwaukee Bucks.
