She was first arrested in May 2017 and extradited back to Wisconsin, where she reportedly created several offensive contents in Badger State businesses.
The Eau Claire Police Department requested Amy Lynn Lew’s arrest. Whitney Wisconsin was charged with two misdemeanor counts of lewd, lascivious behavior and three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct in Eau Claire County Court.
Eau Claire Police also identified Whitney and her boyfriend as suspects through adult websites and other online sources. Amy Lynn Lew used the name “Whitney Wisconsin” for her content.
Whitney Wisconsin Was Sentenced To Nine Months In Jail
Amy Lynn Lew, aka Whitney Wisconsin, was sentenced to nine months in jail in July 2018.
Amy Lyn Lew, N3115 Lew Road, Ladysmith, also received a probationary period of one year from Eau Claire County Judge John Manydeeds.
A jury convicted Whitney Wisconsin on two charges of lewd and Lascivious behavior, one count of defamation, and two counts of disorderly conduct on 12 June.
As reported by Leader-Telegram, Amy Lynn Lew was prohibited from using the name “Whitney Wisconsin” or any other pornographic pseudonym on the internet or social media as part of her probation.
Additionally, she was prohibited from contacting Starbucks, Oakwood Mall, Kwik Trip, and her victim or co-defendant – who alerted the authorities of her action.
As part of the probation, Amy Lynn was restricted from using smartphones or phones with cameras. Not only that but Lew was also mandated to undergo a mental health assessment and follow through with any recommendation.
However, unconfirmed rumors revealed that Lew broke her probation.
