After causing injury to Joanna the victim, he placed her body in his vehicle and dug her into an underground box. He also concealed the hammer, and took out cameras to conceal what he had done.
Robert Brown went to court. The judge found that he did not intend to murder Joanna however, he injured her in a serious way. He was arrested and ended up in prison for quite a while. The plan was to be out of jail after a certain time, but the authorities did not want to. They decided to keep him prisoner longer, as they were concerned that he would hurt another person.
