As an art lover, I often asked myself “what art movement are we in today”. I was captivated with the advancement of art and how the movements knotted into technological inventions. With the architectural movements, popular culture, and fashion, I was amazed at how our community linked with art. There was the latest movement emerging, and I eventually joined. An art movement is a style with a particular common philosophy.
Or it is aimed at a group of artists during a particular period. Now art movements are becoming apparent. Visual art today has many styles. Little activities at once called artistic pluralism, the approval of many types and artistic intentions. They commonly demonstrate the individual and the development of an innovative perspective.
Relationship between Art and Technology
Artists were influenced by developments in technologies in their time. We can observe the linkage between the technological developments and the selections that renowned artists made, generating their styles. Through impressionism, artists pushed beyond realism and looked at realist paintings as redundant later the invention of photography.

Self-expression and the search for contemporary art movements
I tried to create my style based on what I had learned from the expert, like Julie Chapman artist developing fantastic pieces of artwork. I struggled to understand the current Art Movement. My paintings’ design elements are a key focus to accurately depict a scene from nature while retaining the qualities of the abstract plan. One of the contemporary art movements is abstract realism.
To achieve this style, I use my painterly brushwork, but abstract realism uses a variety of media. Because of learning, I can also make some beautiful artwork. When creating my art, I was unaware that many other artists were attempting to develop their styles for the same reasons and using other masters as their inspiration. Art Pluralism emerged due to the wealth of influences from art history and a cultural and social need for individuals to stand out.
