  • Keep yourself hydrated – Always take water with you so that you can drink when you are thirsty. You should always try to drink water when taking part in any outdoor activity because it doesn’t take long to be dehydrated.

Another important thing is to check what the weather is going to be like that particular day and especially if you are going out onto the ocean or any waterway.
