Jesse was born March 29, 1982 to William and Julie (Roth). Jesse graduated from Bellevue Public High school in 2000. He then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education at Loras College.

Finally, he achieved his dream and became the principal at Marshall Elementary.

He also loved spending time with his family. Heather, his wife and sweetheart from high school, and their children Landen, Hayden and Mason were the pride and joy of Jesse. Jesse was known for his infectious smile and ability to make people feel important.
